Real Clients, Real Projects

Our Work — Web Design & Digital Marketing Projects

From local trades to retail and e-commerce — eleven Australian businesses, and what we actually built for each.

You will notice these cards describe the work rather than quote a percentage. That is deliberate. The outcome figures that used to sit here could not be reproduced from data we hold — some of them live in the client's own books — and we will not publish a client's performance without their written permission. Those permissions are being collected now, and when they come back these become named case studies with real numbers.

Trades & Fencing Supplier

Trades & Home ServicesSEOContent StrategyTechnical SEO

Challenge

Critical SEO gaps and plugin conflicts made the site invisible for fencing-related searches.

Solution

We built suburb-specific landing pages and a Knowledge Hub to capture local, research-phase customers.

Suburb pages
+ Knowledge Hub

Non-brand product searches — the ones typed by someone who does not know the business yet — now return their pages rather than a competitor's.

Green Energy Company

Energy & ElectrificationElectrificationEV ChargingRebate Mgmt

Challenge

Despite ready-to-buy leads, their site acted like a passive FAQ rather than a sales engine.

Solution

We built a consultative digital funnel highlighting rebates and a step-by-step electrification guide.

Rebate-led
Consultative funnel

The site stopped answering questions and started qualifying: rebate eligibility up front, then a step-by-step path to a booked assessment.

Medical Weight Loss Clinic

Healthcare & Medical ServicesWeb RedesignSEOContent

Challenge

Poor mobile UX and keyword cannibalization were tanking Google rankings and losing patients.

Solution

A complete mobile overhaul and focused SEO resolved cannibalization, with low-commitment CTAs to build trust.

1 page
Per search term

Cannibalisation resolved — service pages had been competing with each other for the same terms, so each now owns one and none split the other's traffic.

Flooring & Interiors Retailer

Trades & Home ServicesHybrid FlooringLocal SEOKnowledge Hub

Challenge

Despite premium products and factory-direct pricing, the business lacked local SEO depth to compete with national franchises.

Solution

We launched suburb landing pages, managed Google Business Profile, and built a Knowledge Hub targeting high-income renovators.

Local depth
vs national franchises

Suburb pages, a managed Business Profile and a Knowledge Hub aimed at renovators — the local specificity a national franchise cannot produce quickly.

Beauty & Cosmetics Clinic

Beauty & Personal CareCosmetic TattooingLocal SEOBooking Funnel

Challenge

An active Instagram presence but no conversion funnel to attract the high-value clientele the owner wanted.

Solution

We repositioned as an artistry-led clinic, optimizing for high-margin services and targeting local high-income suburbs.

Instagram

An audience that already existed but had nowhere to convert. We built the path from a post to a confirmed appointment.

Automotive Services Hub

Automotive ServicesVehicle SalesService PagesSell-Your-Car Portal

Challenge

A crowded used-car market where tyre-kickers were blocking efficient sales.

Solution

We built a mobile-first site positioning the business as a full-service automotive partner with a streamlined sell-your-car portal.

Sell-your-car
portal + service pages

Mobile-first, because the enquiry usually comes from someone standing next to a car — and a sell-your-car portal that filters before it books a visit.

Specialty E-commerce Retailer

Retail & Creative SuppliesE-CommerceGoogle MerchantSchema

Challenge

A high-volume niche product catalogue needed to be Google Shopping-ready and fast-loading simultaneously.

Solution

We implemented advanced schema, optimized Google Merchant Center, and executed a performance-based site cleanup.

Product schema
+ Merchant Center

A large niche catalogue made legible to Google Shopping — structured data on every product, and a performance pass so the pages load before the shopper leaves.

Accounting & Tax Practice

Accounting & TaxBilingual SiteBrand SystemContent

Challenge

A practice serving a bilingual client base from a site that spoke only English, with no consistent brand applied across it.

Solution

We rebuilt on a single brand palette and shipped the site bilingual, so the same page reads correctly in either language rather than existing as two half-maintained sites.

Two languages
One site to maintain

Clients who prefer to read about tax thresholds in their first language now can, without the practice maintaining a second site that quietly falls behind the first.

Surgical Practice

Healthcare & Medical ServicesClinical ContentCondition PagesAccessibility

Challenge

A new practice with no web presence, in a field where patients research a specific condition long before they choose a surgeon.

Solution

We built a page per condition in plain clinical language, each one answering what the procedure involves and what recovery looks like, and QA'd all of them before launch.

One page
Per condition

Someone searching a specific procedure at 11pm finds a page about that procedure, not a practice homepage that lists it among twenty others.

Auto Mechanic

Automotive ServicesBooking FlowLocal SEOCall Tracking

Challenge

Enquiries arrived by phone and vanished — no record of which ones came from the site, the ads or the Business Profile.

Solution

We rebuilt the booking flow, added a service-specific landing page, and instrumented the site so a call and a form submission are both recorded against the thing that produced them.

Every enquiry
Attributed to a source

The workshop can now answer the question that decides where the next dollar goes: which channel produced this booking.

Bricklaying & Masonry

Trades & Home ServicesLanding PagesGoogle AdsService Areas

Challenge

A small budget in a trade where a single wasted click is a meaningful share of the day's spend.

Solution

We built landing pages that match what the ad promised, restructured the account around them, and added the service areas the business actually travels to.

Ad to page
Same promise on both

The page someone lands on says what the ad said. That sounds obvious and is the most common thing missing from a small trade account.
