It reads your website, answers questions in your own words, captures the enquiry and sends it to your phone. When it does not know something it says so and offers a callback, rather than guessing at your prices.
Not general internet knowledge. We feed it your pages — services, pricing, areas you cover, hours, FAQs — and it answers from that material. If the answer sits on page four of a services page nobody reads, the chatbot finds it and says it in a sentence.
When someone wants a quote, a booking or a callback, it asks for a name and a contact number and records it. That is an enquiry you would otherwise have lost to a closed tab.
New enquiry, straight to your phone, with the person's details and what they were asking about. A dashboard is one more thing nobody opens. A phone alert is not.
You can read what people actually asked, and it is rarely what you assumed. We flag the questions it could not answer, which becomes a to-do list for your website content.
A crawler goes through your pages and stores the text in a searchable index. We re-crawl on a schedule, so when you change a published page, the answers change with it.
They type "do you come out to Frankston?" into the widget.
Not the whole website — just the parts about service areas.
It is instructed to use your words and to say when it cannot find them. That makes wrong answers much rarer than a general-purpose chatbot, not impossible, which is why we test before launch and read the logs after.
And offers a callback instead of bluffing. A chatbot that guesses at your prices costs more than it earns.
Details captured, WhatsApp alert sent, conversation logged.
We can also load knowledge that is not on your website — a price list you would rather not publish, trade terms, common phone questions. That material does not update itself: if it changes and nobody tells us, the chatbot keeps quoting the old version.
A chatbot is a conversion tool, not a growth strategy. If it is the only thing you change, expect a modest improvement, not a transformation. If nobody is visiting your site at all, the fix is search, ads or your Google Business Profile — the other half of what we do, and the better first purchase.
We build custom technology for our clients — AI chatbots, client portals, WhatsApp lead alerts, uptime and PageSpeed monitoring. The chatbot is our own build, not a reseller badge on someone else's platform. When it answers something wrong, we can go into the retrieval logic and fix it. A reseller can only file a support ticket.
Being straight about the evidence: we do not yet have a published before-and-after conversion figure for a chatbot install, so we are not going to quote you one. What we can do is put you in front of a working build and let you try to break it — including the questions it gets wrong, because every one of these has some. What we will not show you is another client's conversation logs: those are their customers' words, not our sales material.
Sam Mokari runs the builds and answers the phone. There is no account manager layer between you and the person who wrote it.
Quoted per business after we have looked at your site, because the work scales with your content. A ten-page trades site is not the same job as hundreds of products and a booking system.
There are two parts to it:
The knowledge base, the build and the conversation logs are yours. If you leave, we export them and hand them over.
If a chatbot is not the right spend for you right now, we will say so on the call rather than after the invoice.
It answers from your content rather than general knowledge, and it is instructed to say when it cannot find something. That makes wrong answers much rarer than a general-purpose chatbot — not impossible. We test against real questions before launch and read the logs after, which is what the monthly cost is for.
You tell us, we look at the conversation log, and we fix the retrieval or the content behind it. Because we built it, we can go into the logic. A reseller can only file a support ticket.
In our infrastructure, and you get access to the logs. We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles — see our privacy policy. If you leave, we export the knowledge base and the logs and hand them over.
Days, not months, for a site with good content already on it. The work is crawling and structuring your pages, tuning how it answers, wiring up lead capture and alerts, and testing. Sites that need content written first take longer, and we will tell you if that is you.
Sometimes, with tighter constraints. A chatbot that offers anything resembling advice in a regulated field is a liability, so we configure it to answer logistics — hours, locations, what to bring, how to book — and hand off everything else to a person. For AHPRA-regulated practices in particular there are rules about what a website may say at all, and those apply to the chatbot too.
Booking, yes, where your system has an integration worth using. Payments we would talk you out of — the chatbot's job is to capture the enquiry and hand a warm lead to you.
Yes, and you should if it is not earning its keep. We would rather you switched it off than paid a monthly for something the logs show nobody uses.
Send us your address and we will tell you whether there is enough on your site for a chatbot to answer from — and if there is not, what to fix first.
